SuperMemo Corp. was a Silicon Valley company located in Los Gatos, California (home of Steve Wozniak).

Its two areas of activity were:

• seeking venture capital to finance development of new versions of SuperMemo integrated with World Wide Web
• licensing SuperMemo technology to software developers around the world

SuperMemo Corp. was a brainchild of Dr A.Szepieniec. It was incorporated in 1996 and came close to securing a several million dollar venture capital investment later that year. However, after several rounds of unsuccessful negotiations, Dr Szepieniec had to abandon his ambition of making SuperMemo Corp. the first company of Polish origin on Nasdaq.
